Sophie is a Recruitment Lead at AND Digital, she has worked at AND for 5 years now and has a total of 12 years experience in the Recruitment industry for huge tech brands including Sky and Sky Betting and Gaming. She currently looks after recruitment for the Halifax office as well as 14 other office locations that span all the way from Reading up to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
