Jeanette is a content designer AND undiscovered author at AND Digital. Having worked as a freelance copywriter for more than 20 years, she was always a keen advocate for providing the right content, in the right place at the right time. The switch to content design was liberating, especially the wealth of information that comes from user research, while agile ways of working provide her with more freedom to experiment and improve.
